You always begin with your body as this is where you can feel immediate results. Then shift to the mind. From there the rest will follow.
First, you start moving. You goals is to get your body in motion. There are tons of options. You can walk, dance, or move your arms. Just start. From there, you want to make sure you get some rest. This is the chill part. Even if you start by making yourself take a five minute break each day. Do it! Give yourself a break.
From there, you will start to live well, because will feel better and have a little more energy. Then, you do a litle more each time. You just watch. The more you vow to Move, Chill, and Live, your life will change for the better.
