Quote About Dealing With Life’s Challenges: “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.” ~ Vivian Greene
Life throws us for a loop at times. Giving us problems, challenges, illness, relationship issues or what not. I don’t know about you, but I dread these times. However, it’s when God grabs our attention. Because we have no choice. He throws us in the middle of some nasty stuff. I will admit that during these times, I sometimes cry. Other times, I feel sorry for myself wondering, “Why me?” Then, there’s the times, I get really angry or incredibly sad. The truth me told, our emotions can be all over the place.
It’s during life’s storms when we feel most vulnerable or scared. And you know what? It’s okay to feel whatever you feel. Lean into it and acknowledge it, because it’s the healthy thing to do.
Now here is the most important thing about whatever it is you are going through. Don’t go it alone. Lean on God. Please!
Have faith that you will make it through this. However, there is a catch in my opinion. You can’t be an active participant during the challenging times. These are the times when you most need to do what you can. This can mean reflection on your situation, seeking solutions, learning from mistakes, or taking action. Sometimes action can be as simple as exercising your faith and being positive.
View your current situation as a chance to build up your meddle. This is your time to become mentally stronger; to exercise your courage, and whatever else you need to not only survive, but thrive your current storm. And you can, too. God often shows us rainbows at the end of a storm for a reason.
