Oh my Goodness. Anxiety can cripple you. I should know. There was only one time I got so anxious that I experienced a panic attack. NEVER again. It was awful. The things that can go wrong in your body just because you get yourself worked up is not worth it. So heed the advice given here and you'll be the better for it.
This is another reminder to pace yourself. Rest when you need it. I've learned over the years that we are often harder on ourselves than anyone else ever got be. So stop it. Be kinder to yourself. Don't push yourself too far. Listen to your body. It talks to you every single day.
This is the key to good health summed up in six little words. Exercise, get enough rest, eat right, and live life. Just to throw in there, laugh your ass off as much as you can.
