This quote is so true. If you want you life to be meaningful and fulfilling then you have to give yourself that gift. You don't settle. You decide to fight for the life you want. Believe me, you are more than worth it. And, if you haven't begun to take this journey, then simply start now. Take one small step to iive the rest of your life as you desire.
Have you ever seen a plant or a tree with dead leaves? It takes up space that prevents more healthy and vibrant leaves to grow. This is why you prune. You prune the garden of your life to make room for something more healthy and vibrant. As you know, it takes up too much energy to carry around this dead weight.
Your life is reflective of what you ask for. Your mind and your beliefs are constantly communicating your desires. Do you play it small because you are too afraid or do you say, "the hell with it" and courageously go for it. Now here's the thing. Whatever it is you ask for, you have to put the action and effort behind it. Yep, them's the rules.
Aren't these words great? I personally find them motivating. If you like this, you should reference this often. Do it often enough and watch yourself do these very things.
It took me a while to learn this lesson. But, happiness is a state of being. You can nurture it no matter the state of your life. However, happiness will not automatically happen as a result of the action you take. If that is your prerequisite to be happy, then you are in trouble. This is because you will only be training yourself to be happy because of something. The problem is that this approach is only a temporary one. So, your happiness will not be real or long-lasting.
Mark my words. You will NEVER be happy unless you learn to accept and be yourself. YOu were made to be you and nobody can be you better than you. So don't try to be something or somebody you are not. You will not be happy if you do. Or, even worse, you may be lying to yourself.
Yep. You can think yourself out of being happy. Isn't that something? The best advice here? Don't do it.
