This is one of my favorite inspiring quotes as it remains me to not become overwhelmed at the big giant challenges and problems I face. Instead, break it down into smaller chunks and then tackle it from there. It works every time. Especially when I understand that I need to give myself time.
You must be your own best advocate. If you aren't willing to work for whatever you want, challenge yourself, and even cheer yourself on, then don't expect anyone else to do it either.
Need I say more?
Ohhhh. This is a good one. You have to know the right questions to ask, not have the answer for everything. Life is too complex and dynamic for anything less.
Hell yes! We need more encouragers in this world. Join me.
The Bible is my source of wisdom for life. Again, this is stressing the importance of your mind and your beliefs. You gotta have these two things right before you can expect to work towards the success you want.
I LOVE these words of wisdom. It simply means the rest of your life starts right now and you have two choices, start building the life you want, while becoming the person you wish to be. Or, go as you are.
This inspirational quote is about the willingness to take chances. I think life is set up like that....to force us to take a risk in order to experience rewards. It's that whole "reap what you sow" thing.
I LOVE this insightful and wise quote. In a nutshell, it says that WE limit ourselves when we stay within the limits of our mind, life, beliefs. But if we are willing to go beyond? Then watch out!
No extra words need for this one. All you need is the courage to be vulnerable, learn, and then rebuild from there.
This quote aligns with your mindset. Things about what you want in life. What you really want if there we no obstacles. Don't be afraid. Believe it or not, at times I'm afraid to dream as big as a should because the thought of accomplishing something so grand is a bit intimidating. Consequently, my thinking aligns as too small and I leave a lot of good things on the table. I'm working hard on this. So have the courage to ask for what you want. Think about it often and how you can get it. Then take action and watch what happens.
Enough said. Simply do the best you can, pray, and move on. Good things will happen. Just you wait and see.
If you can't be hopeful about life, then what do you got? Doom and gloom? Isn't this an awful thought? So, if you are not a hopeful person, then teach yourself to be. As long as there is life, there is hope in my opinion. You just gotta know where to find it.
Women are often worse at praise and recognition. But hell, we deserve our recognition, so don't be shy. I'm learning to market my team's and my individual accomplishments in a way that I feel comfortable with. That is the key, I think. But not doing this is NOT an option. Because let me tell you, Men do this often and well. So, don't give someone an unfair edge over you and your team. You deserve to be recognized so stop undervaluing yourself.
Oh Boy. This quote is incredibly wise. Often times to grow and experience better things, we have to push ourselves out of our comfort zone. What can be scarier than that? Anyway, I'm learning that some of my greatest accomplishments and joys happen when I take that chance and risk failure when I experience the most satisfaction and growth. I bet you do, too.
Shit. We're not perfect and never will be. Once we accept that we can learn not to be so hard on ourselves. More importantly, we can learn self-kindness. As long as you are doing your best and being your best, it's all you got, and either it will be enough for others, or it won't. Be you will be okay because you know you've done all that you could.
This is so true! Often times WE are the ones reminding people of our mistakes. Well, forget that. I've learned to admit when I'm wrong, forgive myself when I need to, and then remind folks of the good I strive to do. Most importantly, I LEARN ad grow. So the next time you are freaking out or worried about a mistake you made, remember, it will be in the past at some point. Just concentrate on being better.
I want all of these things all of the time. Too bad that's not the reality. However, I strive to experience these things as much as I can. So, I start with my breath. I practice deep breathing, meditation, and gratitude. These words serve as a reminder because I bet you'd appreciate experiencing this more as well.
My goal is not to shove my beliefs on you, but to simply state my truth. I really do trust in God. Once I placed my life in his hands, I no longer carry my burdens alone. He is along for the ride. Lifting me up, giving me hope, and guiding me along. It provides me a great sense of comfort. Find your source of trust and let it help share your burden as well.
Oh my Goodness. So many of us face this dilemma. At one time or another, we may try to be something we are not, or we allow our beliefs to be tested. I don't mean this in a negative way, but we do things to fit in or receive praise. But on the inside, we may feel like shit. I've learned the hard way to stop compromising myself. I'm must happier for it. Most importantly, I can live with myself and my life choices.
